Blenderite

I got my hands on a OBDLink LX Bluetooth and plugged it into my 2006 F150 XLT. I didn't see anything that jumped out and said there was problem. I saved the output and wanted to see if anyone can see anything about it that I might have missed. I attached a PDF down below.

Also, what do you think of the OBD reader? Is it a good one, should I get one or is there a better option?
