2004 5.4 f150 the horn and cruise control do not work, I checked fords website for recalls and it came back 0 recalls, so I have read in regards to cruise control about a switch on brake cylinder which there is no switch on mine, in regards to the horn when I press the pad on steering wheel I hear a relay engaging so I think i can say that between the relay in fuse box and steering column its good.
Before I spend money on diagnosing and parts replacement thought I would check here for opinions.

third brake light has to work for the cruise to work... and great suggestion for the horn, put 12vdc to it to see if it honks.. there are 2 trumpets. got water in mine and killed them.
