yes she's worth the price, yes you can add power if you wanna do the modification work but it might be more trouble than its worth.
I'd worry about the gas door and center cap, or lack thereof, first....
and yes the 4.6 won't get an '04+ a low 0-60, but aside from a very occasional lemon (which every thing has a few of) they're dependable as the decade is long

[QUOTE=HubFord;3702605]Great, reliable is what I am looking for.
Cool, good truck for the price with that mileage and options? No power windows/locks OK to add on later?[/QUOTE
I installed powerlocks with no issues, took a few hours. Have not done the windows yet. This is the place I got them from, they also haveauto window kits.

I could see a center cap being missing, but that lack of gas door is odd. I suppose both could be purchased.

That one looks nicer but I don't know if its $4k nicer or 25% more nicer than the first. Personally I wouldn't consider either one if you can't look at it in person and drive it. I've been burnt by that before though.

The NC one (last one I posted) is only 500 miles from me, I would drive it back. The Texas one will cost me $9,000 shipped (assuming I could get it for $8,000+$8,000 shipping). Dealer is going to get back to me about price on NC one.
