Default noise after shackle drop

I installed a 2" shackle kit on my 2008 to lower it to the same height as the front. The only issue, is now I am hearing a "pop" in the rear every time I turn. It is very noticable if I am also going up an incline like turning into a inclined drive.
Has anyone had this issue?
Thanks

you may have under-tightened or over-tightened. If under, they have too much free play in the bracket. If over, the shackle is having trouble articulating throughout the suspension cycle.
I just put a set of mcgaughy shackles on my '13 and have no noise or vibes after install.

Thanks
I will try loosening them a little to see if that helps . They are definitly not under tightened.
I installed drop shackles on bot my previous trucks (non fords) and never had an issue, so I just wanted to check if it was somthing anyone has run into

Are your bed tabs bent enough? Cause if they are not bent enough everytime you hit a bump it would cause the top of the shackle to hit them tabs.

I haven't installed lowering shackles on my truck yet, but I plan on doing so. I already have that pop noise with my truck that I have to deal with. My mechanic told me it was the bushings in the rear.

Was the truck fully lowered on the ground off the jack-stands when you tightened the bolts down? Never tighten suspension components until the weight of the vehicle is on the suspension.

On mine, the shackle was hitting the "seam" on the bottom of the bed. I ground that off, and a little off my shackle, and very rarely have the noise now.
