Finally got IDS on my pickup and monitored several pids and performed self tests. Passed all test. The only pids I found that don't seem kosher is b2s1. This sensor is 2 months old and I'd say something about this reading is indicating an issue somewhere. Ether doesn't change the reading. I do realize b1s2 is indicating a bad cat, I've replace the cat since this picture was taken and this was before I replaced the 02 sensor that is reading the same, I didn't take one of today's data and remembered I had this one.

Have you checked any data from the phasers and VCT's? Maybe the cam to crank timing is off? I've replaced timing belts in the past and been off 1 tooth which caused an extreme lack of top end performance. (Obviously the 5.4 is chain driven) I think you should double check your previous work.
