I would strip the TB down and reassemble it first. It's clear that you took it apart, which means there's good odds you didn't put it together properly.. You might not see any throttle position or actuator codes if it's binding or assembled incorrectly.

Whatever you do, do NOT put your fingers anywhere around the throttle plate while the throttle body is plugged in and the key is on.

These are gear reduction motors and are incredibly powerful. They're designed that way to break ice buildup in cold weather.

I've seen what they can do to objects left inside and its not pretty. I've even heard that they can do sweeps at random times even with the key off. So if you plan on taking it off the truck, to play with, make sure it's unplugged!

They can sweep when you first turn the key on running the test. Set your phone on record an film the plate to move.
