Default Nitto, BFG, or Hankook

Nitto Terra Grappler or BFG Mud Terrain KM2 or Hankook Dyna Pro MT's?

These are the 3 I have narrowed my search down to. I do mostly highway, but I really want an aggressive tread pattern. I know the Terra Grappler would suit me best but I really like the Hankook looks.

Does anyone have any information on how the tread life and handling is for these 3 shoes for my truck?

Any help is appreciated!

i have the terra grapplers and they are great. i love them for the price and ive had them on for about 20k miles and they still have more than 50% tread left.

I have the Terra Grapplers and I have good luck with them as well. I have about 30K on them and have between 40-50% of tread life left. I have not done much off roading but they hook up well. They also performed well in the snow. I will buy them again when these wear out.

I run BFG's on everything I own. I like that they're USA-made. Never had a problem with them, but the MUD T/A's do wear a little quick. Soft compound. My friend had the Nitto's, and loves them too.

nittos last a long time and i dont think you can ever go wrong with BFG. but i can tell you at a WSORR race last year hankook had a tent set up with the dynapro MT's there. they looked like a sweet tire but felt a little soft to me. i'd compare them to maybe a goodyear wrangler MT/R. i was actually considering them to. if you do end up getting them, keep us posted on tread life!

I really like the look to the DynaPros, but the tread life really scares me.....I am leaning toward the Nittos...

I had the hankooks on my Yukon and they lasted 40k and still had life before I sold it, good tire but terrible in light snow conditions.

Out of those three: BFG all day, unless you're sticking to the pavement. I run KM2s on my Jeep and have run the KOs (All-Terrains) on other trucks and they're top-tier. You do pay for the quality, so they tend to be more expensive than most of the Asian brands like Nitto-Toyo Rubber Japan.

BFG = Michelin ... French

I also like the Good Year MTR-K

Quick Reply: Nitto, BFG, or Hankook
