My a/c will turn on but it won't blow air nor would it blow heated air. Any ideas? Thanks! Is there a ground wire to the A/C? Like on the pass. side next to the fuse box? There is a ground there but the bolt won't tighten like the other ground bolts.

Can you hear the blower motor, or is there no noise? If you can hear it, it's probably the duct doors, if not maybe you've got a bad blower motor or resistor.

The noise I hear isn't like the a/c blowing (when it worked). The only thing I hear is like a motorized thing and when I took off the glove box, I saw the motorized flap thing that goes up and down.

I never touched the A/C but the only thing I did was the ground bolt next to the fuse box but it tighten. But I'm not too sure if that goes to the a/c

Yeah I did and they're all good. These are the two ground wires that I can't seem to get the bolt really tight to ground:



The only thing I can think of is cutting off the metal part and just drilling another hole in the frame so I can ground them individually but I'm not sure they they need to be grounded together

In checking my factory Ford wiring diagrams (2005), it shows the blower motor to blower motor resistor, which has it's ground connected to the lower right passenger foot compartment (located by the lower front passender door jamb) labeled "G203" in my book. It also has another ground connector "G202", so I'm suspecting these could be two of the three wires in your picture. However, I do not see a third wire at this connection as seen in your picture.

I show G203 as Front Blower Motor Speed Controller Ground as well as the combined Blower Motor Resistor/EMTC Module Ground.

G202 is for splices 201 and 203 - which incorporate around a dozen of the dash components.

these are the only two wires that were grounded. i never came across the third wire. ill look again but i didn't see any other wire. do you think I can separate these womans ground them individually?

Bucko is referring to the fact that the lower wire in your picture is a actually a pair of wires. Your entire truck is grounded back to the battery, so you should be fine separating. You may want to tap out the existing hole and just use a bigger bolt.
