Smile Newbie's 1st post

Hey guys,

I have a 2006 F150 Super cab 5.4 4x4. I have the stock suspension. I'm looking to do only a 2 inch front leveling before getting new wheels and tires. I'm looking to see some pics of wheels and tires with the same set up. Also some info on the biggest tire size I can go up to. I think I want the wheels to stay 17 or 18 inch (thinking that more tire sidewall looks more off road aggressive). I have the white and black theme going on... So I'm almost positive that I want black rims. Show me your pics and Share some info please. I could be talked into more lift if I have to.

Thanks!

2.5 auto spring level with 20" rims on 35x12.5" tires...
The front shocks are stock but the rear shocks are bilstein 5100's.. The rears added a little forward rake to my level. No rub with minor trimming in the rear portion of the front fender flare.

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks guys! This is good info so far. Especial86 your truck is bad A*@ looking. I think I'm going for a very similar look. Not too jacked up, but looks like it can handle the trail just fine!

My truck has a 2" level with 295/65/18 as a summer set.

In the winter i have a set of winter tire that are 285/70/17, and since the top pic i also added tow mirrors and a rear add a leaf so this is how my truck sits currently.

After reading the post on here I feel like the dumb redneck that went too big on tire with a 2.5" front and 3" rear leveling kit.

I don't think you went too big. Looks good. Love those wheels. What brand are they?
