250 wont work on 150's. I looked into this before getting my 08-10 towing mirrors, just for the simple fact of having power fold. The plastic bezel that hides the bolt locations is a different shape (just slightly). Not sure if the bolt locations are off as well, but I know it wouldnt fit snug just on that observation alone.

Yeah they make power fold mirrors...My 08 has them and it is probably the single best feature on my truck. It took me 2 weeks before I actually realized I had that feature.
I might have caught your conversation at the wrong time but if you are talking about power fold towing mirrors than I'm not sure if they make them or not.

I "heard" of these too. Some guy on ebay was selling a pair he said was power fold, but I couldnt verify. And the part number I got from him was the same part number I bought. It feels stiff like there is a motor in there, but I don't "hear" a motor. I asked Ford, and no one has ever heard of power fold towing mirrors. Sucks.... If anyone breaks a towing mirror, send it to me! I want to tear one open and see if I can install a small motor/actuator to make a powerfold option. I mean hell, we make all other kinds of mods to our trucks, might as well try that one out. lol.
