I know I have said this before, bud modifying for MPGs is not smart. It is at best a break even. At worst a waste of money.

The best way to get good gas mpg is to drive your truck easy, obey the speed laws and no fast starts, racing around.

If you want to do mods, do them. Research and try to get the best mods you can. for me it's a SCt X3, 3" cat back exhaust and a good CAI. 6" Lift and big tires. I am running 36"

Did this get me better gas MPG ???? NO! NO! NO! I dropped 3 -4 MPG
Do I enjoy my truck Yes? Does It have more power? A little.

Most people that Mod their trucks have fun driving there trucks and don't get the best gas MPG
I drive my truck I don't baby it. So for me 11.2 mpg is average. I can get 14 mpg on the freeway with the cruise set! This is on flat ground not mountain driving.

this is my personal experience.

The best mod for MPG that you can do with your truck is to trade it in for a Focus. LOL

I think I've said this before, but I do have a ricer. I guess I'm just trying not to do things that will drastically negatively affect my mpg (within reason)(I know that's a personal thing). I guess I may have already done that with the level kit, but it was necessary for what I need to use the truck for. I'll post when I've put on next mod. Maybe pictures.
