Default New truck

Hey y'all I'm looking at getting back into the f150 game I had a powerstroke I sold and still have my ranger that I'm thinking of trading

http://winstonsalem.craigslist.org/cto/5344268897.html

He said he would trade my ranger and 3500 cash for it what do y'all think

And he said he had the spark plugs done 2 weeks ago

How much is your Ranger worth? The tick he refers to is probably injectors or exhaust manifold if he has lock-outs on the phasers.

Same truck as mine! Doesn't seem like a bad deal to me. Not sure what your ranger is worth. A lot of work done to it which can either be a good thing or bad thing. The tick is probably just the injectors or maybe a small exhaust leak. I'd say go look at the truck and test drive it, and if you like it, then get it.

A 2wd ranger worth $3500 according to kbb and $3500 cash for that F-150? So that's pretty much $7k for the F-150. I think that's a good deal. I paid far more than that for mine but mine is a year newer and a lot less miles.

Since the guy listed the mechanical issues, i'd check for more, and check out the cab corners for rust. I'm sure someone can chime in on other things, but that's my .02
