Default New ride!! Farewell f150forum goers.

All will be missed. Traded in my 06 f150 xlt 2wd for my new truck. A 2006 f250 4x4. You all have been Sooo helpful. Hopefully I can find a diesel forum as good as this!

Yea to make that motor decent you will have to purty much upgrade the turbo, put bigger better injectors, stud it, delete egr, and keep an eye on your intercooler boots( they crack easy if they are factory and that can cause problems)... look up little power shop in Bradford, pa the owner is powerstroke all the way and he was awesome when I was there to dyno my 6.4

Your probably right. However I foresee my self spending a lot of time on the diesel forum till I get all the stuff replaced. Lol but driving it home that night and hearing that diesel. All worth it. I'll still occasionally check the forum and see the new threads. I'm always thirsting for truck knowledge.

Congrats on the new purchase! We just traded in our 06 F350 for a 2011 F350... Be wary of the turbo issues that the 6.0 is notorious for. That and the heads... Our 06 was good to us, and hauled 18k pounds like a champ. Be good to it, and it will be good to you

Congrats again!
