went for a long drive today on the highway. got up to 22mpg but trucks runs like **** at 1900 RPM (and at WOT) just like before the plugs were replaced last week.


for sure its a missfire. 99% sure anyway

Dang, 22 mpg with a 5.4 F150 is a pipe dream!
Someone needs a reality check and or share some of that "good stuff" with the rest of us.

I got 16.5 once while my wife was driving @55 for a full tank (which happned to be all she contributed to the 25 hours of driving) on a 1600 mile trip to NY

Haha I got 19.xx for a short while then the aggressive driver kicked in. Dropped to 16.5

Well don't really know what exactly I was getting for that hour but the readout claimed 22 LOL maybe it's busted too

ahh... didn't realize you were going by the read out... those can be inaccurate but I think it's possible you got that for a brief time. I don't have one on my truck but i've had cars with it... if you hand calculate, you'll get a different number

added some accel coils now back to burning rubber.

I have 2 road trips in May.
