Hello everyone, I'm Pablo, I lived in the US for 5 years when I was in highschool/college. and I loved it. thats when my Love for FORD started hehehe. I worked hard to get a 99 Mustang and I loved it but had to sell it because went back to my original country after a few years and now 25 years old I got myself a 2005 F150 XL. I know is not the best F150 but is still love it!!. seeing all of you posts and pictures make me want to live there again so that I can buy stuff for my truck, since its a lot harder to get them here.
To tell you the truth here in Chile Gas is really expensive its about 140 US dollars to fill the truck!!! and american cars are way more expensive, mine costed about 19k with 50,000 miles and thats CHEAP! but oh well I just love it so much. All the cars here are small so I feel like the king of the road hahahahaha. Well All I wanted to say was Thanks for this amazing community you got here, I hope I can be some kind of help, I'll try to cooperate with the forum as much as I can.
Pd: sorry for my english, It's been some time.

Welcome aboard!
I just saw that a gallon of 87 octane gas is down to $2.46 a gallon this morning on my way to work; cheapest I've seen in awhile.
The XL's are popular trucks in the U.S.; many of them on the road. The good thing is that most parts for 2004 to 2008 will fit any model within that range of years, so you will be able to dress/modify/change your truck to your liking very easily.
And your english is just fine....better than most that post here!
