No worries, we've all been there - We drive Fords so we have to know how to wrench, right?

I'm particularly **** retentive when it comes to routing the wires. For me, that was the hardest part of my timing job was figuring out EXACTLY how the wiring harness is routed around the engine. I don't want to have diagnose electrical issues just to discover it was rubbed raw because I ran it somewhere it was never meant to be.

I completely agree with you on the rubbing I'm also fighting to route the high pressure power steering hose so it doesn't get rubbed by the bank and belt and trying not to break it at the sansame t I've already broke one

Default Well first what did you do to it-- a timing job?

One of the touchest connectors is the crank shaft sensor by the ac compressor . If its dirty or loose it won't start . A lot of guys will leave this off until oil pressure comes up by cranking awhile Sometimes during timing job a guy will put crank sensor reluctor wheel on backwards ..We see all kinds of no start during different jobs . See if you are getting an rpm indication while cranking it comes from crank sensor/pcm loop .
Make sure all wires fastened back from exhaust esp o2 sensor wires .Squirt some fuel in it to see if its missing fuel . It is cranking isn't it ? If it is try a spark tester on one cyl . . Make sure your pcm plugs are back in the right place and locked down .
Fuel loss can be caused by a corroded FPDM on rear axle . They all go bad sooner or later check yours out .
It appears like you have an awful lot of oil everywhere ,if so start cleaning all connectors with contact cleaner .Your spark plug wells should all be clean with new boots and plugs . Oil /antifreeze /water/ age --all make boots go bad and short out spark ... Otherwise check all fuses .
