there is always room to bargain until the judge makes a desision.

The ford dealer never proved the issue came from the water he just said it did. that could be enough cause for the suit.

NO,once you bring a lawyer in,he,being the individual, has no room to bargain. His attorney would. But like I said before, suing for $1200 is ridiculous. It would cost him thousands of dollars to find a lawyer to take on a case like that. That would be a small claims court case at best. Do you really think ford is going to small claims court over $1200? They probably paid it so no one had to hear him crying anymore. Think what you want, but the guy is still a low life whiney baby in my book. And since I am the only one on here that their opinion matters to me, I am right. thanks, have a great day.

"the guy is still a low life whiney baby in my book"
You can think what you want I can think what I want and anyone else can think what they want, this is a free country (for now but that is a different debate)

The OP thought he was right and stood up for his self and didn't roll over. he did what he thought was right lets not fault him/ her for that.

Sad but true. Just the like dork who twisted his front driveshaft being a moron and they are paying for a new one....

For all we know Ford got the coilpacks back, tested them at the supplier, and they were improperly sealed....you can't blame the guy for trying...i understand his point though...

Being a free country we can say what we want. If someone gets on here and whines about something this stupid, he deserves to get flamed by everyone. This is along the same lines as the woman suing McDonald's because she spilled coffee on herself and holy crap-it burned her. Things like this are why insurance premiums are high and everything comes with a book of disclaimers. So yes, people like this will get condemned and blamed for their actions.
