Ijust recently got an evolution and love it but I har a few question it shuts off every once in a while and. Think it's cause the wire that plugs into the edge part of the clip that holds it in is broken off is it supposed to have a little hook or something on the end of the clip to hold it in place and if it is where would I be able to get a new cable and where does everyone run there wire I just ran mine along the door jamb for now the book say to run it through the dash but I can't seem to get the cover off where they show ti remove it so what does everyone else to thank in advanced

Just put your finger in the hole and pull with some force . I don't think you can break it. Mine took quite a bit of force to pop the clips out

I tried but for some reason I can't get it popped off is there a clip or something I'm missing

Pull on the hole as you use a screw driver to pop it out down towards the bottom of the panel.
