Need to start looking at brakes
I have 149k on the original set of brakes. I have vibration, but honestly don't care as long as it stops reliably. So far, so good. I rotated tires recently and noticed I'm starting to get low on pad life. I priced a set of Raybestos front and rear rotors and ceramic pads. Total was 289 shipped from rockauto. I just saw these and wondered if anyone has any opinions on these...Decent, or stay Rabestos? Remeber, I'm 2wd so my part prices for the front rotors will be slightly higher.

I tow my bike on a trailer during the summer race season. Max weight on that thing is probably about 2000 lbs. And yes, new spindle nuts will be ordered. Just need to figure out how I'm going to torque them LOL

When I had my 2WD STX, I questioned a reputable mechanic if 295 was REALLY needed... My torque wrench only goes up to 250. He had told me 250 was fine and that’s what I went with. I had no issues down the road in doing so. If you wanna hit the 295, you’ll have to find a torque multiplier to do so.

I can't believe you got that out of first set
Wow ! Calipers are a problem , piston is out of sheath and picks up moisture so it swells ,you do a brake job push it in and it intermittently sticks creating enough heat on rim and wheel bearing to destroy stuff . I fought this and I cleaned re-lubed everything to no avail . Only fix was rebuilt calipers.
I changed front hubs after that to centrics so I could use any 4 wheel drive rotors . That also avoids pulling and replacing one time use nut . Bearings are much more substantial and I had lost several which means you have to change whole rotor .
I have been running centrics mod for over 100k no problems . I did buy a 300 pound torque wrench orig to do this job . Its still good even tho hurricane salt flood got it .
I run metallic pads as I tow and other pads put out so much dust it was impossible to keep clean .
Just for your info . Going down the road if you smell a trash fire it may be your wheel . Don't even touch it just put your hand a couple of inches away , a hot one will take the hide off of you.
I am about to change brake fluid and maybe rubber lines /possible new pads . I will look at rotors but never turn them ,new is much better and about the same cost . Turning is iffy, operator error high , thin rotors-- not recommended anymore .
Use plenty of lube ,brake cleaner, watch what others do on you tube, south main auto is a good channel Exercise rear emergency brakes while you are at it ,use them every week to keep them fit .Might be good to flush all your fluid out .

I plan on getting a bigger tq wrench to be able to achieve the specification. I don't plan on going to centric just yet, as I have had very good luck with the OEM ones. What pads are you all running for towing? Like I mentioned, the trailer and bike usually are only around 2k...

For torquing, just use an extension and cheater if necessary, calculate the distance at 90degrees that you need to be from the nut on the handle. E.g a 150lb man 2ft out on handle is 300lbft.
