Default Need more lift..

I recently installed a 2 1/2 inch strut extension leveling kit for my 2005 F150. I’ve decided that I want to get an actual lift though. What is the simplest and cheapest way to do this? I’m looking for about 3 more inches.

Thanks in advance.

Lose the leveling kit and install either a 4 or 6 inch suspension lift.

Well I know I’m obviously going to need to lift it. I was just asking because I have seen\heard of multiple ways to do it. I just bought my truck a year ago and am still learning l of this stuff. I’ve heard people talk body lifts, suspension lifts, blocks, Etc.. I’m just not sure what the easiest approach is? Just to buy a full lift kit somewhere? How do the lifting blocks work? I have only seen them sold for a rear lift, how do you lift the front at that point?

Like they said, with a lift kit. Not a leveling kit. See below.

This American Trucks website has 5 in rear blocks for sale. Could I buy these blocks for the rear and then buy lifted struts for the front?

You're going to screw up your angles if you keep extending the strut in any way

Lifted struts aren't a thing, leveling struts are. You're gonna have a bad day if you keep wanting to stack pucks up.......Buy a lift kit.

What do you guys suggest for a decent kit? I don’t do a ton of actual off-roading. I just like the look of a lift.
