Default need help please

i have a 04 F150 i replaced the transfercase motor and vacum solinoid on firewall my front axles are lockin in and my front drive shaft locks in but front tire want spin

If you disconnect the vacuum lines from the solenoid will it work? Is it both front tires, or just one? Could be a bad IWE actuator.

when I take the lines off I feel air comin out it's weird everything seems locked in the tires just don't spin were is the iwa located I've look before and couldn't find it thanks for all your help.

The IWE actuator is your hub.

are they pretty expensive. Or hard to change

IIRC MSRP is around $150 each, tascaparts.com should have them under $100. My service manual shows 1.5 hours as book labor for each side.
