Default Need help determining current lift of my truck for wheel fitment.

Hi folks,

I'm trying to determine how much my 2008 F-150 FX4 is currently lifted/leveled. I bought my truck already in this configuration, so I don't know the specifics, so help from someone with more experience is appreciated.

I'm brand new to lifted trucks, so I have no clue, so please bear with me.

The tires are currently 275/70 R18 (33")

Ultimately, I'd like to go with something like 285/75 R18 with these wheels, but I'm trying to determine if I should change the current lift/level setup to accommodate.

If I do change the setup, I'm thinking of these: front / rear but I'd prefer to spread out the cost and not have to do it all at once (would this setup be a good choice for what I'm trying to achieve as far as wheel fitment goes?)

Front: I can't tell if there is a spacer in there or not, that all looks like one-piece to my eye, but I don't know what I'm looking for.

Rear: The black block (this looks like an addition to me) is 1.5"

profile view.

Front corner, my fender flare tore off, which (conveniently) provides an unobstructed view of the ride height.

I'm pretty sure they are the stock shocks. Not sure what the blue is, but the shock body has the ford logo stamped in it.

Looks like 2.5" in the front and 1" in the rear. In the rear, the small spacer under the block is not an OEM component.

Here's my (FILTHY) truck at 3" in the front for comparison:

You've a spacer up front and a block in the rear
