Default I'm sure you disturbed wiring harness

At 180k you are subject to chain stretch sometimes they break . It is a long set of chains and a little each joint is enough to overcome tensioners ability . Blowing out of gasket on plastic tensioners is not going to be fixed by phasor replacement . They create a low oil flow situation and can damage plastic guides caused by chain whips from low oil pressure and lack of tension .
Lashs on cams fill up with dirt and start sticking ,rollers take a beating and can be thrown off . Mine did exactly that .
Too many people think its all just phasor failure . A lot of us are excited over the new 340hv high volume oil pump because this engine requires good oil flow to work cam hydraulic circuit using dirty engine oil . Cleaning is a big part of this engine maint . Frequent oil changes with good filters required before 5k mi .
I hope you have considered changing both vcts for new design they junk up and have small screens in them and usually can be reused on a full timing job .
You will find out that the plug circuit must be perfect to even start to diag this engine . Most of us know this engine not cheap to maint . I believe in changing injectors out for new every 100k .
Good luck with her .
