that chart says a 1:1 ratio in 4th at 65 which would be 3rd on an f150 right? this link says 4th is 0.7:1

Hi.
The only problems I have with generic charts is that they are, well..... generic, lol.
They do not factor in transmission ratios, engine torque curve characteristics, rpm range characteristics, etc.
Fer instance a Raptor has 35's, and stock 4.10's as-equipped from the factory; the chart suggests that's a 'Yellow Zone' (caution) combination.
A lot of F150's run a 31.9" tire with 3.55's stock - another alleged 'Yellow Zone' infraction. In fact, with a 5.4L 3V to back that, even with a 4R75E, it's a perfectly acceptable combination.
That said, they are still a good initial baseline reference.

Yes the chart is good reference but not great for a rock solid decision..
For me, I'd say 4.10 - 4.11 gears are the most balanced sweet spot choice for the 5.4 3v, 4r75e with 35" tires and mild infrequent towing .. 1 to 1 with the converter locked and overdrive on at 65 mph in 4th gear should yield even lower rpm's then this chart might suggest.
There is an overabundance of factors for any broad chart to take into account..
Power to weight ratio is also something to consider.. So a 4.6 2v will likely find 4.56 to be the best fit.
If your highway hauling and towing frequently, then 4.56 on the 5.4 3v may end up being your preferred choice.. Especially if you don't drive over 70mph often.

Guys, the info you've provided has solidified my decision! Looks like based on my engine and current setup that 4.56 gears front and rear is the final deciding factor. Now time to look at where I can order Yukon gears and see what shops will install. Thank you all for the much needed help!
