Need advice:best halo headlights
I'm sure there are threads out there but I can't seem to find them.. I currently have black Harley davidson lights and am thinking about looking at a pair of halo lights.. What's everyone's opinion on the best quality headlight for the price? I've looked around and I can't find anything other than cheap ebay ones and the expensive recon lights. Thanks for the input!

Best bang for your buck? Retrofits. Do some research. There are hundreds of threads. They'll run you about the same as a set of eBay headlights will. Only difference being is that a retrofit will actually function as a headlight rather than something pretty to look at when you're looking at your truck from outside

I struggled making a decision on headlights. I settled on the Hella Blackouts and then decided to get projectors. I looked at the retrofit headlights and couldn't justify the cost of getting Retros to projectors. I did my research on Retros and quickly changed my mind. They are pricey, but worth every penny! I love my Retros! So far my favorite modification. Get them! You will not regret it!! You can also customize them with halos, effects, pretty much anything you want them to do. I love the simplicity of mine. They don't jump out and really blend with the truck:

Hard to get the camera to focus with my bright led's in the corner lol, tie them into your running lights, and of course if the low beam is too dark for you, can always change the bulb

Thanks for the input everyone! I think im gonna stray away from ordering any headlights off of ebay for now. I currently have blacked out harley headlights and know of a company called diode dynamics. I think putting some led color shifting rings and some phillips crystal would be a reasonably priced upgrade. anyone have photos of either of those?
