I have an 08 Lariat with the factory nav system (Pioneer). I am now getting an error message stating that the disk may be dirty and I should eject it and clean it. Unfortunately, when I follow the prompts to open the display so the disk can eject, it typically doesn't open at all. On the rare occasions that it does open, the disk won't eject. Does anyone know if this is a common problem and if there is something that can be done - short of replacing the entire system?
