Speaking of stains I have a few stains on my truck seats. I bought it used. What would be the best way to get these out? I could just buy seat covers but I would rather have a clean truck. They look like small coffee stains any ideas on how to get them out?

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation with about 3500 miles on the engine. They really didn't want to change the oil and tried to talk me out of it saying it isn't needed yet, But I told them the oil was low and I want the oil changed before a long trip. They did it for me (I think)

When i got the truck back it was nasty out side. A day or two after I got the truck back I got a call from the dealer asking how was the service and letting em know that I will be getting a serve asking how the service was. Well when the weather broke I cleaned the truck and polished the chrome bumbers. I saw two sets of scratches on the top of the bumper cut out. It looks like the tech used the bumper as a step to get in to the engine.
The scratches are not over bad but I take great care of this truck and it pissed me off that they did this. I got the card in the mail I put on it about the scratches and today I got a call from the service manager asking about it. They want to see them, and asked if they can be buffed out, I am going back next week and show them when I have some time.

I hope they can take care of the scratches but I doubt it. He did offer me the next service for free. Lets see how they take care of this.

My issues are minor but If they trashed my truck they way the did yours I would be driving a new truck.

I am definitely OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my truck and I would be going off on anyone and everyone until my truck is cleaned back to what it was when they got it. I like the band-aid on a $30k truck comment.

Like most I pay close attention to every detail of my truck, so the littlest thing drives me crazy. Simply glad they are taking care of you, cause I know some dealers out there most likely wouldn't.

Like most here, I've had my bad dealer experiences. Took the '06 in for warranty work (passenger front speaker blown). After the work was complete and I had got home, I noticed a few scratches in the paint of the same door they had just worked on. Got the service writer on the phone expressed my displeasure and he promised they'd do anything to make it right as long as I gave them a good review on the survey. They ended up repainting both the front and rear passenger door to ensure everything matched properly. The dealer did get a good review, but the problem was detailed in the survey.
