76.1% = wot. Wtf?
2008 STX 4.6L SCAB. I've read threads on here about this being an issue and some of the ways to correct it. Using the Torque app for Android and a bluetooth OBD adapter, I see that my WOT throttle percentage is a consistent 76.1%. Not awesome.
I've done the press-the-pedal-to-the-floor-when-not-running-and-let-it-up-then-turn-the-key-off thing. I've also loosened the pedal assembly, pulled it out, and tightened it up. The pedal doesn't hit the firewall before it bottoms out. I did the battery relearn process as well.
Is there anything else I can do to address this? I was thinking of getting an Edge Evolution tuner- will that address this? It's sort of annoying-- the 4.6 is anemic enough as it is!
Whaddya think?
