Default Raptor Arms

Are stock raptor LCAs longer than our (04-08) stock LCAs? I know they fit, but are they longer?

Yes they are longer, that is one of the reasons the raptor is 7" wider than a stock f150. I think it is just 2" per side wider though, maybe 3"

They are ~3.5" wider per side. Knuckles are the same as non/Raptor, so are frame mounting points.

Tie rods
UCA
LCA
Brake lines
Axle shafts
^^^all are wider/longer^^^

Rear diff is 3" wider per side

Good to know. Longer upper and lower control arms would be nice with a leveling kit. Too bad you would have to use spacers in the rear to match the new width.

Plenty if salvage Raptors out there. The parts to do this wouldn't be impossible to find. The correct fenders and bed so it doesn't look ridiculous is another matter.

Couldn't you go taller than a level kit with longer than srock arms ? Not much, just like 3-5 inches or something, but wouldn't that be possible (if you were willing to sacrifice travel)

Very true. That's a good idea.

Yes, BUT... It isn't as much of an increase as you'd think. ~3" is about all you'd want to go with Raptor spec arms - factory or aftermarket and IMO that's pushing it.

Raptors running top perch (3") tend to have the same CV issues as non Raptors over 2.5".

I'm running all aftermarket suspension but factory length (mid travel) and I'm just barely above mid perch (1.5").

CVs are the limiting factor. A 2wd could run higher but if you are going for lift with a 2wd I'd recommend lift spindles from Brenthel.

806 desert customs in lubbock does raptor suspension conversions on 04-14 f150s. There's a guy with a 2007 or 2008 f150 here in Lubbock, Tx with the raptor suspension and it is sweet

So you think it would work perfect with a 2" leveling kit and not stick out too far.
