Default Mustang Exhaust on a F150 4.2L

Thinking about trying one of these on my 07 F150. The muffleris a stocker from a 05 mustang GT my mother has, she went with Magnaflow and man do they sound good. The muffler looks good enough to use. I mean it only has about 1000 miles on it. It looks kinda like the borla mufflers I had on my 98 GT. Has anyone tried this.

I did not say I wanted to make it a V8, I simply asked how everyone thought it might sound with this particular type of muffler. Sounds to me you are saying the muffler came off a V8 therefore I cannot use it on a V6....like I'm trying to make my truck a V8 ??? If this is what you are trying to say, does it also mean if everyone with a V8 is running a Flowmaster 50 Delta Flow I can't use one because I have a V6

Exactly!

do what you want, but why go through all of that work to put another stock muffler back on? get yourself a magnaflow or something.
