Default Multiple Codes Issue, 5.4 3v 2004 F150

Hello.

2004 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4 V-8 4x4
4R75E tranny

Backstory:

Truck came back from Ford dealership with new PCM in Nov. 2015
March 2016 grinding noise starts on front passenger side. CEL comes on.
April 2016 noise is louder and truck goes into limp mode, with no wrench, but a message on digital odometer "trans fault".
Truck repair project is shelved until September 2017. Truck started and moved monthly.

Front passenger hub assembly and IWE actuator are replaced. CV axle appears to be good. Battery disconnected for 60 minutes, then reconnected to see if CEL is gone. CEL comes back on after short drive. Truck stays in limp mode, grinding noise is gone, truck occasionally stalls while driving (think loss of power, not a "thunk" style stall), but no hard shifting. Transmission has not and is not currently slipping or showing any obvious signs of distress. Truck idles a little rough, and occasionally stalls while just idling.

Had the truck scanned and it threw the following codes:
P0010
P0020
P0102
P0135
P0141
P0155
P0161
P0443
P0446

P0743
P0755
P0962
P2106
P0750

I have the definitions of all the listed codes from the mechanic, but I'm wondering what the best next step is.

Any and all feedback and suggestions are welcome!

Thanks everyone.

Since no one has responded in five days, here's my best shot.
Without consulting my Factory Service Manual or the literature that came with my code reader, I'd say to begin at the top and investigate & cure whatever caused code P0010.
Then on to the next code, until everything is cleared.

Since you have the reasons for the codes, you might start with the code that's most likely to cause the other codes. Clearing one code might clear others. Your mechanic can advise you.

When mine went into limp mode, it was the gas cap. I replaced the gas cap and no more limp....You seem to have greater issues.

Good Luck, L.M.

Default Good form would be to list the definition beside codes

It saves us from doing all the leg work . Are you sure your battery charging system okay . Thats a lot of codes -- check that first .
Clean your maf, clean your throttle body with it off . Is your transmission fluid okay .
Drop your oil pan and look for plastic guide pieces and clean out oil pu screen / If plastic there you need timing job .
Oil flow problem seems probable .
Miles etc, have VCTS been changed , some marvel mystery oil won't hurt oil system .
