Here's my Banks monster muffler. It's a straight through muffler with a 4 inch tail pipe. It's all stainless steel and I ordered it from Stage 3 Motorsports. $449 total and free shipping but I put it on myself so no extra cost there. Even got a free tee shirt!
It's not the loudest exhaust even though the name makes you think it is. I'm enjoying it though.

If you're talking about the piping that goes into the muffler and out I think it's 2.5 in. You can probably find the specs online somewhere or any decent muffler shop will know.

Depends on the size of the muffler, if I'm correct our trucks have 2.5" piping

It's looks like a chambered muffler so it should be reasonably loud. Like stated above, you need a 2 1/2" inlet. This muffler will work for you and will probably sound like a Flowmaster.
