more 4x4 problems? HELP

yah mines got 102,00 and no warranty :'( but I have done a lot of searching on line and it sounds like it is the IWE actuator because there is vacuum to the hubs but it is not releasing I am thinking about tearing it apart to find out what kind of shape the actuator is in

Dealership called today and said that they replaced the actuator on the passenger side, and said that the noise is gone now. Amazing that the noise that they completely denied is gone now. We will see tomorrow when i pick it up.
