Default Mild Steel X-Pipe

Hey guys I've been lookin to buy a x-pipe and I don't feel like spending $85 on a magnaflow xpipe so I found a mild steel one on ebay for $25 shipped I was just wondering if I should get mild steel because I've heard it can rust really bad... I live in north florida so no snow or road salt, just rain. Just let me know if I'm safe buyin this. Thanks

Being in florida it probably isnt a problem, if you are taking the truck to an exhaust shop though you might check iwth them, the one i go to makes their own and only charges like 30-40 for it you might check.
