Honestly with 9psi you should be well past the 400rwhp now. The stock whipple kit makes that with ease. At 9psi you should be between 400-430rwhp. So either the dyno is off some or there is a lot left in your tune. Could also be a Mustang dyno which reads about 10% lower.

I looked at your dyno sheets and noticed your air/fuel ratio is at 12:1. That's great for a 4000lb Mustang but lean for a 6000lb truck turning heavy wheels/tires. An air/fuel ratio of 11.2:1 to 11.4:1 would be much safer. Also you will see a nice increase in torque. I personally run 11.22:1. I have run leaner but my best track times and torque were with the richer tune. So I would not advise increasing boost at all without a retune. You're to lean to do that right now.

You're tune maybe purposely leaving some power on the table due
to fuel supply issues. Might be time for larger injectors or a higher volume fuel pump.
What fuel pump and injectors do you have now?

I have the stock Fuel pump and 47lb injectors. Do you think my tire size 36" (83 lbs a piece) has anything to to with the numbers?

Tire size and weight is certainly a factor. My Harley wheels and tires measure 32" and weigh 80lbs. We aren't to far off. However your rotating mass is farther from the center then mine and thus heavier in terms of rotating mass.

The 6000' elevation would certainly explain your horespower readings.

My tires alone are 83 lbs without the wheels...but I understand what your saying. I will try to do some research as to how elevation affects hp. I'm supposed to get my pulley this Thursday and may install this weekend. I'm also working with Jim at JDM to see if they can tweek my tune. I remember my local tuner said the elevation made a big deal but I wasn't paying attention (my first dyno ever)

Wow, I'm kinda bummed. I've been reading on average 3% loss per 1000 ft! 18% hp loss. And I heard it gets gets worse as you get above 3000ft.

That's a good average yes. You can ask your dyno guy for a copy of the dyno graph corrected for sea level. Will probably make eyes pop out!

Here's a pic of the fuel pump system I sent you a PM about.

By the way, I really appreciate your input. I've been reading your threads for the past year and am very impressed with what you've accomplished. Means a lot.
Thanks again!
