Default Metco overdrive pulley question

Hello,
I wasn't sure where to post this question so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong section. I haven't posted on this site for years but I have gained valuable knowledge from its members so thank you very much!

I have a 2008 Supercrew xlt 4x4
6 inch lift rcx
36" Toyota open country tires
Dual exhaust with magnaflow di/do
2.3 Whipple supercharger from JDM
95maf
10 psi pulley
47 lb injectors
Eaton Tru Trac posi
I have a tune from JDM, but recently took it to a local shop here in Colorado Springs for a local tune and dyno.

As you can see I did hav some gains. 319 to 355rwhp. I thought I could have both tunes on my sct x3 device but the the new tune was done with an HP tuner and for some reason could not be transferred to the device??? That another story and I will be contacting Jim to see if his tune can match the one I had locally. They are a great shop to deal with by the way.
Anyhow just like any other red blooded American I want more for this beast. After reading numerous posts I think my next mod will be the Metco overdrive pulley 7.55 8 rib as I plan to do a full conversation later.. I want to be at 12lbs of boost and ultimately be at 400rwhp. Maybe I'll stop there...
I would appreciate any advice and constructive criticism. I would like to know if this part would fit my application, can I run it without an immediate retune for a while? I also wouldn't mind hearing from some of the supercharged gurus like Blown, tarajame, etc.
Thanks
Colby

At 400 rwhp you are nearing the limit of the stock connecting rods. If you want to go much more then that you may want to consider building the motor for more boost. (Forged rods, pistons etc.)

That's a common belief. But with the right tune and proper fuel supply much more can be had. I've been running 500rwhp and 556rwtq since 2012 and was have been well over 400rwhp since i stalling the SC in 2009. Now at 105,000 miles.

What would you like to know? The Metco pulley you want is MCP2005. Also do not reuse the dampner bolt. Order a new one. Stock works fine.

Thanks for your reply! Can I run this without a tune for a while or do you recommend one right away? With the extra boost will I get closer to my 400 mark? Any other suggestions to get there?
thanks
colby
