Default Making 08 f150 louder suggestions.

I have an 08 f150 5.4L and as of right now I already have a super v muffler with duals out the back and the rest is the stock exhaust. Well that really hasn't met my desires for how loud I like my exhaust. So I was wondering how good it would sound with the super v muffler but take the stock Cats off. I dont have to worry about my truck not passing inspection or any of that so no need to comment about that. I know the O2 sensors will make the check engine light come on but thats all I have heard about with problems with taking the cats off. So i guess my question really is, how will the truck sound without the Cats off, and will any engine problems or running problems occur from taking them off. Please comment. Thanks

Buy long tube headers, flip them upside down and run them out of the hood on each side. Then it should be loud enough for ya

That is true. lol It definitely would be loud enough. But still I would rather have a more practical look and not have every cop in the world pull me over when I drove by them. Haha.

Cause I dont want it to be loud with no good sound to it. I want it to have tone but and not just blasting out loud noises. It sounds good and is pretty loud right now I just want that tone but louder. Much louder.
