Magnaflow Muffler
I am wanting to replace my stock muffler with a SS Magnaflow DIDO with built in X pipe - I am wanting to side exit in front of the rear wheels - anyone no what model # muffler I am going to need?

5.4l?
If so, I believe you're going to want a 2.5 In and the outage is whatever you're going to want to use. I went with 2.5 in dual 2.5 out. Idk the sizing of the 4.6l pipes. |
Lol. I think he meant part # not size of pipes.
As for your question the best advise I can give you is to go on their website, find a number and five them a call. Tell them exactly what your looking for and they should be able to help. Or even better, go to a muffler shop and talk to them. I found it's cheaper to get a shop to do it than to buy the "do it yourself" clamp on kits. Hopefully I understood your question and answered it... |
I'm dumb. sorry.

in order to run a dual in/dual out muffler, dont you need to do a little hackin' after the primary cats? I would go with a single in/dual out or better yet, get the FRPP kit for the F150.

I think he wants DiDo. All the way to the headers. True dual exhaust. With an X-pipe.

Sorry guys - was away from the computer for a while. I think I am a bit confused - sorry for being a newb. I was thinking I saw a thread on here before where a guy had used a Magnaflow DIDO with a built in X-pipe - maybe that doesn't exist?
