Default Magnaflow exhaust

Im tired of my super 44s. I think i just wanna go with a si/so setup. Magnaflow has a lot of different mufflers, and im not sure what any of them sound like. I like the MBRP cat back, but its almost $400. Bascially Id like to hear what people have for exhaust and why it sounds like

If you look on youtube, theres a guy with a maroon scab with true dual magnaflows. They sound real good. Im changing my super 44s to his setup. And theres a few with mbrp's. If you check on there itll give you an idea.

Are you getting rid of them because you are tired of the drone or just want something new?

I love my Borla XS SI/SO. I have it dumped under my bed. Low rumble with no drone at highway speeds. Keeps good tone through whole RPM range and doesn’t seem to lose sound quality at high RPM’s. Don’t have a sound clip, but there are similar set ups on youtube. Cost $130.

Good deal, should have also said that was with installation. But I like Magnaflow too. My cousin has one on his f150, sounds pretty close to mine. Maybe a little quieter, but real close.

Thanks man. I was going to look at the video again but now i dont have to. Im waiting on some money to do it.

I was wondering though. Is it possible to place the O2 sensor behind a universal cat? I was going to replace mine with two high flows.

I had a 18" SI/SO magnaflow on my truck before i got my 14" SI/DO and it has the same tone as the dual just not loud. The loudness was actually why i switch. If you dump it im sure it will be louder and also I have a 4.6L so it might be louder on the 5.4L. Are you going for quieter also?
