Default ticking noise with my new f150

Hey guys, Just got a 05 f150 fx4 supercab. 115k miles. I just bought it today and I asked him about the ticking. He said he test drove tons of f150s 5.4l before he bought this 2 years ago, and they all ticked at idle. That is what mine is doing. He said when he bought this from the dealer, he got the cam phasers replaced because he told them he wouldn't buy the truck without it replaced. What do you guys think?

Also he changed the break pads for me today before I bought it, and the ABS light came on. Has that happened to anyone? He got them done at a dealer..

He also told me to get the ABS light checked out, and if it cost a few hundred $ he will pay for it. He gave me a 3 month "warranty" He said if it locks up, I will give you your money back. He seems like a stand up guy. I just want to see if other peoples trucks tick at idle..kind of sounds like a ***** diesel

Thanks

yeah i know right, but i love my truck and the only reason why i would take the engine apart is to bore it out and make it into a 6.0 engine
