Ever heard of the taillight lens flying off? I guess mine did. Glue was yellow and hardened. I thought someone may have pried it off, but probably not. This was an 08 Limited. Now a pricey replacement. My headlights are yellowed, so I may get all new taillights and headlights together from Quirk on Ebay.

That’s a first for me. The entire headlight assembly started to fall out of my ‘17 Silverado on a trip back FL-NY with under 10k miles, but that was from cracked brackets, not a lens separating. Neat.

My immediate reaction was "some jack wagon pried it off and stole it". But then there's 'why' and 'why didn't they take the LED bulb'? Dried glue and falling off makes more sense I guess.

Yup, has happened to me too. My drivers side taillight lens flew off while I was driving, but I was able to recover it and glue it back on.
