Default Looking for lift ideas

Ok guys im new to the site. I just purchased a 2007 f150 and im looking into lifts. Im leaning more towards just a level lift or I also found a 2" Suspension Lift Kit by tough country. http://www.suspensionconnection.com/...-lift-kit.html What do you guys think of that kit. What the best level lift out there. If you guys got pics and tell what you have done post em up and let me see.

Thanks,

Welcome. The kit you are looking at seems a little steep considering it doesnt include the shocks for the rear. Try a leveling kit first and see if you need to raise the rear also. The leveling kits are just spacers on top of the struts.. not real complex. They mostly all install the same, try to get the powder coated ones so you have one less rusty thing on your truck. I have pics of my 07 leveled in my album. I used an Auto Spring 1.5 but I have the 6.5 bed. If you have the 5.5 bed you may need the 2.0. The shorter the truck the more foward your center of gravity is.

Your truck looks good. I do have the 5.5 bed so I should probably go with the 2"? Ive been reading about the 2.5 and would that make the front sit alittle higher than the back?

Park your truck on a level surface and measure from the top of your tire to the fender lip, front and rear. Do the math and now you know your difference. If you can, put a floor jack under your front crossmember and lift the front at intervals to see what will work for you. Remember, as the front goes up the back goes down.
