Default Looking for help to remove my box

2004 f-150 crew cab . I have the 6 bolts that hold the box on out . I see I need to remove the gas fill hose and the wire harness of corse but I also see there is some sort of wire or hose or something that goes up to and plugs into a cross member ! What is it and how do I unplug it?? And is there anything else I need to discontent before I remove the box ? Also can I just leave the rear bumper on wile I take the box off ?

Tail light harness and yes you can leave the bumper but, it's easier to slid the bed without it. Why are you removing the bed ?

I believe the tube is the the breather for the differential. When I removed my box, a slight tug popped it out. It has been a few years though...
