Looking at buying this code scanner

As the title states,

Anyone have any experience with this particular one? I like that it can read ABS codes as I currently have one.

You can get a cheap $10 bluetooth obd transmitter and $5 Android app Torque. not sure about the ABS code, but better than $100.

X2 on the eBay Bluetooth scanner and Torque app. It can read codes, and can also monitor parameter values to show errors that don't throw codes.

I need something that is gonna diagnose ABS problems. To my knowledge those inexpensive $10 Bluetooth scanners do not do that. But thanks for the replies. Would really like some opinions on the link I posted if anyone has any on that particular scanner.

You can't always trust those reviews from a company's own website.

They aren't on the company's website, they're on Amazon's. Amazon isn't the manufacturer...

The thing I've noticed about the expensive Bluetooth obd2 scanners is that you also have to buy their app and then have to pay to unlock certain vehicle makes inside the app. It can get pretty pricey. I have a cheap $10 scanner that has worked on most vehicles I have tried and can read emission tests and boost pressure with the torque pro app.

This particular scanner use to have it where you had to pay for in app reports but that has been done away with.

I bought this and love it! If anything happens to it i wouldn't hesitate to buy another. The app is free and you don't pay for anything just the dongle that you plug in. I bought it for an abs code it told me the code and then gives you repair reports of what the problem could likely be. It's well worth the money.
