Limited Slip Spider Gear Set?
My 04 f150 has been making a chatter noise between like first and 2nd gear. Mechanic hooked up his microphone and says its coming from rear end, when we took apart the pin had some play in it.
So i've been trying to find a spider gear set for my truck its a 5.4 9.75 rear end with a 3.73LS. Every kit i find says open differential?

That's for the driver side gear and it's $98 for one spider gear. At that price I'd consider dropping in a trutrac or a lunchbox locker. I can't find the passenger side gear. The pin is $25.

If you're going to do all that, I'd go ahead and rebuild the clutch packs too. More reason to go with a truetrac that won't wear out.
