Y'all are not going to belive this,


yesterday, I meat a friend at the parts store and he ask how I was doing on my truck, to make the story short, he to me to crank up the truck and then take a rubber mallet and hit the cat, well I did and I reset the codes to see if they would come back up the same, they did not, but a lot of other stuff did such as tb sensor, along with other things that I replace and fixed, after resting the codes again only the cam phaser sensors came back up. this was the only code to show up four times when checked??

anyone got idea on this??

I did them both yesterday, now the scanner shows only the cam phasers are bad, this puts me back to where I started.

replace the phasers and you should be good to go

ok, I gotten the timing replacement kit along with the gaskets, its going to take a couple of days for this old man to do the job,will keep all informed.

Ok Guys, sorry for the delay in getting back on here, due to the weather here in south carolina,

Here is what gone on now with engine, crack the valves covers and found the passenger side chain jumped off the cam phaser. LOL this was the major cause of not runing on that side, and throwing all kind of codes,

can this motor be rebuilded or just maybe the head pulled and fixed??
