Default Lifting questions

I have a 2wd f150 and I'm getting a 3in full lift and leveling kit soon. It comes with spacers for the front and blocks for the rear. I was wondering is this enough to bring my truck up to the height of the 4wds? Also what tire size could I go up to after the lift? I currently have 275 50 20in? Pictures are welcome. Thx guys I'm new to the truck world lol.

You'd be just over 4wd height. With a level, even a smidge higher. You can easily fit 33s then. I have 275/70/18, which is referred to as 33s, but technically slightly less. All I have is a 1.5 inch level on my 2wd.

Depending on the year of your truck though. My 2wd seems to actually sit a little higher than some gens of 4wd. I guess the tires are a part of that as well though.

I have a 3" lift on the front and 2" lift on the rear and I am able to run 305/70R 17 on my truck and not rub at all. They fill the wheel well pretty nice and I have no issues with them. If you put spacers on make sure you get your alignment done shortly after just to make sure that everything is squared up. I would also recommend replacing your shocks. I noticed with the stock shocks on truck that the ride changed a little so I went to heavy duty shocks with a longer travel so that if I hit a pot hole or anything it wouldn't bounce the truck around like it did with the stock shocks. I have 2 pictures in my album on my profile of my truck before and after the lift and with tires. Pictures with the Chrome bumpers is before and the pictures with the black bumpers is after. And 3" in the front 2" in the rear will be enough to lift your truck up to 4wd height or just a little past it.
