Default 2004 4.6 Windsor to Romeo

I'm swapping a Windsor 4.6 motor for a Romeo motor in my 2004 F150. When doing this, we found that the Windsor motor has an extra sensor on the intake that the Romeo does not. Does anyone know what this sensor is for? How do I work around this issue?

Take the intake off the Windsor and put it in the Romeo motor
