Default License plate on the grill, potential to overheat?

I know the radiator has to have air flowing through it or the engine could overheat, but I trashed my bracket for the lisence plate on the bumper. So I ziptied it to the grille, could that overheat the engine?

Should have little if no effect on air flow thru radiator. Plus you'll get some air flow thru the slot in your bumper.

Your trans will thank you because it normally blocks the trans cooler.

When I removed my front plate on my powerstroke my trans temp dropped by 10 degrees
