As far as tightening your torsion bars yes it will raise the front but is not recomended because it will ride stiffer and wear out you front end faster

I have 35/12.5/R18 pro comp extreme a/t with a 2.5'' in the front and 1'' in the rear the only problem I have is when the wheel is cut the as far as it can go they rub a little. Otherwise everyday driving is no problem, and they look sweet.

unfortunatly the 35/12.5's won't fit on the stock 275/65/18 rims though right?

A lot of people on this forum, as well as others I frequent have them on the stockers.

Can't say that it's recommended, but they fit just fine.

I have BFG 285/65/18's on my stock wheels with no issues at all and a 2" level. I just installed 305/65/18's on some 18X9 Momba wheels with no rubbing at all!!

i put a set of 33125018 on a set of stock f150 wheels today at work so there should be no reason why 35125018 shouldnt fit on your wheels
